1. Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and inspected prior to shipment. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer standard and expedited shipping via trusted carriers. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and chosen shipping method. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.

4. Packaging & Handling
Each VESSEL is a delicate, handcrafted piece. Your order is securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Fragile handling is prioritized, but due to the artisanal nature of the product, minor imperfections during transit are possible.

5. Estimated Delivery Times & Possible Delays

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment.

  • International: 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and destination.
    Please note: Due to current uncertainties in domestic and international logistics, including political or operational disruptions, delivery times may be delayed beyond the estimates above. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

6. International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your VESSEL arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at synthe@syntheonline.com with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.
